Branch Security Officer - Chestnut Hill

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while acting as a visible brand ambassador. This role combines security responsibilities with back-of-house operations, supporting store opening and closing procedures and daily operational controls. The officer partners with management to deter theft, respond to incidents, and help deliver an exceptional in-store client experience.

• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure customer and employee safety.
• Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for clients, supporting sales and service efforts.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, daily inspections, alarm tests, and key access controls.
• Respond to emergency situations, report incidents, and execute incident management procedures.
• Support back-of-house operations, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate issues to the store team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred; minimum of 1 year in a security-related role preferred.
