Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Perform screening functions for people, packages, bags, and/or personal property entering or leaving the location in support of security-related policies and screening requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site procedures;
Monitor entry points, credential checks, visitor processing, and/or delivery activity to help support authorized access within a fast-paced technology location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting conditions, reporting concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized activity
