Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-screening requirements;
Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures, escalating prohibited items, unauthorized access attempts, and unusual activity to appropriate site contacts;
Operate screening equipment and maintain accurate records of visitor entries, deliveries, incidents, and other security-related activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated screening areas, entry points, business spaces, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity
