Job OverviewLC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Industrial Plumber to join our Field Operations team. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities — with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.
This position is ideal for a safety‑focused professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship, maintaining compliance with regulations, and working collaboratively to complete complex mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities- Install, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Conduct system pressure testing and inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow field team members
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols
- Valid Connecticut Plumbing License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial or commercial plumbing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Experience working in industrial facilities (food and beverage experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
