Job Overview
LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our Field Operations team in Massachusetts. This full-time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities - with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.
We are looking for a licensed professional who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and compliance while delivering high-quality industrial plumbing solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational reliability for our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and plumbing repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot piping systems and mechanical equipment efficiently
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and federal regulations
- Conduct pressure testing and quality checks on completed systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and field team members
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems and Massachusetts plumbing codes
- Experience in industrial facilities (food and beverage industry experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
