Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice

In this paid apprenticeship you will receive mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a variety of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech, a robust virtual support team, and continuing education on new vehicle technology.

The goal is to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On‑Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must pass all pre‑employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Previous automotive experience – nice to have, but not required.

• Able to perform consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
