Field Service Technician I – Bellingham city, MA

• Hourly pay range: $17.00 to $20.83 depending on location and experience levels.
• Overtime available at time and a half.

This role keeps commerce running across the globe and is an ambassador for the NCR Voyix Brand. You will serve as the first line response to customers across a territory.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems.
• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance (PM) work, and system overhauls.
• Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with a focus on finding solutions.
• Organize, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they start.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel and driving multiple hours per day.
• Flexible weekend and rotating shifts, including early, late, and holiday work.
• Physical capability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, repetitive grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframes, imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA A+, Net+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
