We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Foreman to oversee the installation and commissioning of integrated Audio-Visual systems within our Integrated Systems Group (ISG). This is a fast-paced position that offers significant opportunity for learning, leadership, and career advancement.

• Lead and oversee AV installation projects to ensure quality, safety, and system functionality.
• Inspect work throughout project life cycles to confirm specifications and scope have been met.
• Troubleshoot AV systems and components to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Upload DSP and control files to devices (Symetrix, AMX, Extron, Bi-Amp, etc.).
• Interpret and create line drawings and as-built documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians to support professional development.
• Communicate timely updates to project managers and ensure workflow progress.
• Ensure all sites meet OSHA standards and Ockers’ safety expectations.
• Maintain site organization and client-ready conditions at project completion.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional Audio-Visual installation experience.
• Strong understanding of AV fundamentals, components, and system signal flow.
• Experience leading and developing field teams.
• Proficiency with DSP, control systems, and cabling standards (RJ-45, XLR, RS-232, Speaker/Line Level, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with AV networking and related technology.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
