Maintains a working knowledge of vehicle components and systems and performs preventative and repair maintenance both on-site and on the road;
Repair and maintenance of chassis components, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems, air and hydraulic braking systems, engines, suspensions, drive trains and steering systems;
Perform line maintenance welding and fabrication;
Provide road service to ensure equipment is returned to operation safely and efficiently;
Identify malfunctions using electronic tools and complete company training programs
