Shift: Flexible shifts and hours, 7:00am - 3:30pm, or as needed with weekend, holiday and on call rotation

ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, perform routine predictive & prevent ive maintenance on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment and systems throughout the facilities. Perform renovations and install new HVAC/R systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning HVAC/R equipment and systems. Maintain HVAC/R inventory. Make repairs, calibrate and functionally test equipment and systems.
Recommend solutions for necessary corrective action.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Heating preferred.
- Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License and Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification required.
- Related experience required to demonstrate ability to operate and maintain typical HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Systems.
- Two (2) years experience in a hospital or industrial environment with knowledge in the maintenance and repair of centrifugal chillers, energy management systems and associated equipment.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay RangeUSD $29.33 - USD $50.24 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule RequirementOn Call, as needed
