Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout the facilities, grounds and associated properties;
Perform renovations, installs and assemblies of building systems and equipment;
Generate and complete work order requests for stock, labor, repair parts and services by outside contractors;
Maintain inventory for grounds, building equipment and parts;
Read and interpret building and mechanical blueprints, sketches and assembly/installation instructions
