Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout the facilities;
Inspect mechanical areas, equipment and piping systems;
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment and systems;
Operate the Hospital Energy Management Systems and equipment;
Perform water/chemical testing of cooling towers and HVAC systems and add necessary chemical treatment to systems
