MAINTENANCE TRADES SPECIALIST

As a Maintenance Trades Specialist with Landings Management, LLC, you’ll keep our apartment communities in Fall River, MA running at their best — and you’ll do it alongside a solid team who’s got your back.

This is a hands‑on, trade‑heavy role where your skills show. You’ll handle the kind of work that matters: apartment turns and renovations, work orders, preventative maintenance, and everything in between. No two days are the same, and the breadth of work means you’ll stay sharp across multiple trades.

• Complete apartment turns with a focus on carpentry and skilled trades, including doors and cabinet installation, trim work, drywall, painting, and finish work.
• Diagnose and repair a range of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately, with a typical 24-hour turnaround.
• Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support seasonal property needs, including snow removal and other operational tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a single skilled trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Solid carpentry skills - framing, finishing, cabinetry, drywall, or comparable work
• Proficient in operating hand tools and power tools
• Positive attitude, organized and energetic
• Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
