Our Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) Program is currently seeking full‑time Therapeutic Mentors (35–40 hours per week) in the Fall River, MA area. Mentors work a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible hours between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to meet participant needs. The starting rate for this position is between $19–$21.
TM offers 1:1 structured strength‑based supportive services that address daily living, social and communication needs. Services include supporting, coaching and training youth in age‑appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, functional skill‑building, problem solving and conflict resolution.
Education and Experience- Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition‑age youth.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/transition‑age youth.
- Applicants must have good driving records, access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Family Service Association is eligible as a site for loan repayment under the MA Repay Program and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
