Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine. Full time employees may earn a $3,000 Stay‑On Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period. Highly competitive rates and incentives are available for outpatient services provided on‑site at one of our five beautiful Massachusetts locations.

Work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, using a variety of approaches such as individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in a user‑friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required)
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years (required)
• Current license in Massachusetts is a plus
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Must be able to provide services in‑office at Massachusetts locations:
  North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship of employment visas not available
• FFS positions require access to a laptop or CPS, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone
• Full‑time positions require high‑speed secure internet

• Full‑time salary: $60,000 – $70,000
• Hourly incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity

• $45 per hour for MA Level
• $50–$55 per hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55–$60 per hour with initial license and additional language capacity/high level of experience
• $65–$70 per hour for independent license

• 50% in‑person coverage over a 3‑month span earns $750
• 75% in‑person coverage over a 3‑month span earns $1,000
• 90% and above in‑person coverage over a 3‑month span earns $1,250
