Residential Shift Supervisor-Transitional Living Program (TLP)
Stevens Treatment Programs empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years, Stevens provides comprehensive services to adolescent boys who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program.
We currently have an opening for a Shift Supervisor in our Transitional Living Program located in Fall River, MA.
The TLP Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the care and supervision of youth enrolled in the Transitional Living Program, by effectively facilitating the shift. The Shift Supervisor provides behavioral support and crisis intervention, and leads residential counselors through in-the-moment coaching and support. The Shift Supervisor works with the Transitional Living Director to develop and maintain systems within the house, and insure the house is safely maintained in a clean, orderly fashion.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40-hours - 2nd shift
Starting pay: $25.00 to $25.50 per hour based on qualifications/experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid, current driver's license for 3 or more years and acceptable driving record (REQUIRED)
- This position requires reliable personal transportation and compliance with Stevens' personal-vehicle requirements within the first 90 days of employment. Employees must maintain a valid driver's license, current registration, and automobile insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 or a $300,000 combined single limit. (REQUIRED)
- Acceptable EEC Background Record Check
- 1-year experience working with adolescents in a residential or group home setting is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively relate to trauma-affected youth with behavioral struggles and other professionals is essential.
- The successful candidate must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
