Go is seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer to advance and scale our eCommerce platform. This position is designed for someone already operating as a technical lead—an engineer who routinely sets direction, owns complex systems, and leads through hands‑on contribution.

This is not an entry‑level or “step‑up” lead role, and it is not a people‑management position. Success in this role comes from technical judgment, architectural ownership, and the ability to guide teams through execution—not from managing headcount.

• Serve as a technical authority for our eCommerce web platform and integrations
• Define and influence architecture and design decisions in a modern .NET environment
• Lead complex initiatives through hands‑on development, from design through deployment
• Partner closely with product, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer‑focused solutions
• Improve system performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability
• Establish and reinforce engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance
• Support and evolve our AWS‑based cloud environment, balancing scalability with practicality
• Operate across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

• Demonstrated experience functioning as a technical lead on production web applications
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in C# and .NET in real‑world environments
• Strong experience designing and maintaining APIs and service‑based architectures
• Practical, production experience working with AWS
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL), including performance considerations
• Confidence making technical trade‑offs, influencing direction, and supporting senior‑level peers
• Experience working in Agile teams where leads are accountable for delivery and outcomes

This role assumes prior lead‑level experience and is not intended for engineers seeking their first lead position.

• Front‑end experience with React or similar frameworks
• Exposure to microservices or serverless architectures
• Familiarity with Graph
  
  QL or Salesforce integrations
• Salary range: 120,000–140,000, based on experience and role scope

This is a hybrid role with required in‑office collaboration two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our Fall River, MA office.
