Backend Software Developer H-1B

As a Backend Software Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power enterprise automation solutions. You will work within modern microservices architectures, leveraging cloud-native technologies and distributed systems principles.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong coding ability. A technical coding assessment is mandatory as part of the recruitment process. You will collaborate within Agile teams, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support the full development lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance.

• Design and develop backend systems using Java or Python
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop scalable architectures using Spring Boot, Django, or Flask
