You do not need experience with everything.

We'd Be Particularly Interested In
  • 3+ years building production software systems in Python
  • Experience working with robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or embedded platforms
  • Hands-on experience with physical hardware, sensors, cameras, or robotic systems
  • Experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines
  • Active personal projects, Git Hub contributions, or technical side projects
  • Experience directing AI coding agents to solve engineering problems

  • How you approach unfamiliar problems
  • How you identify bottlenecks
  • How you make engineering decisions
