Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Box Truck)

Our client, a leading seafood distribution company, is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join their team. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the Local Distribution Team. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, customer service skills, and dependability which will align successfully in the organization.

Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Box Truck)

Location:

New England (MA, RI, CT, NH) Pay Range: $25–$28/hour

• Operate refrigerated box trucks to deliver seafood orders to local grocery stores and restaurant clients
• Manage 100% "touch freight" by manually loading and offloading products at each delivery stop
• Follow dedicated local routes starting early morning (4:00 AM – 5:00 AM) and finishing by mid-afternoon
• Use company-provided tablets to manage delivery logs and communicate with the dispatch team
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)
• Current DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of loading and unloading freight (pallets/heavy lifting)
• Flexibility to work a Monday through Friday schedule with early morning starts
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
