Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Location: Fall River, MA

Shift: Monday – Friday and Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm (Off on Saturday)

• Manage pick ticket orders from the warehouse management system.
• Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.
• Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets.
• Stage products correctly for shipment.
• Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
