We're looking for dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking team members to join our fast-paced Distribution Center as an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared for shipment, and delivered on time. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and making an impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Transport products safely throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided where applicable)
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Help maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Report inventory discrepancies, product shortages, or damaged goods
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Support other warehouse functions and special projects as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience using scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software preferred
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new tasks
• Ability to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
