Pay Range: $18.00/hr; eligible for a $600 hiring incentive (must meet eligibility requirements).

• Welcome guests and answer questions about the lodging facility, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with requests from guests in person or over the phone, including making reservations, confirming or canceling room reservations, handling check‑in/check‑out processes, guest room assignments, and processing payments.
• Operate a multi‑line telephone system and record and deliver messages as required.
• Maintain inventory of keys and other supplies at the front desk, manage the assigned master key, and log key usage appropriately.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and presentable.
• Use the Property Management System (PMS) to log trouble calls, ensure appropriate departments are notified, relocate guests to a different room when required, and generate and print reports as needed.

• One year of general office clerical experience and one year of progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Knowledge of computer systems.
• Must pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
