Position:
Full‑time, mid‑level Customer Service Representative.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Provide friendly, accurate customer service by answering phone or in‑person orders.

Essential functions and skills:

• Perform basic math calculations and provide accurate monetary change.
• Operate computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Use good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Show motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for quick, accurate movements.
• Handle and move inventory items up to 50 pounds.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional bending and climbing.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and handle hot surfaces, sharp edges, and mechanical parts.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, pushing dollies, and climbing stairs.
• Exposure to hot surfaces (oven up to 500°F), cold conditions in cooler, and food odors.
• Rapid repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, and visual acuity for cooking and customer service operations.
