We are hiring a full-time Pediatric Dentist in Fallon, Nevada to join a well-established, community-focused pediatric dental practice. The Dentists’ Office in Fallon, Nevada is excited to welcome a full-time Pediatric Dentist to our warm, family-centered practice serving a thriving rural community. You’ll step into an established pediatric patient base that has been trusted by the community for more than 30 years, allowing you to make an immediate impact. With a consistent full-time schedule and no weekends, this role offers true work–life balance while practicing dentistry in a modern, supportive environment. Our experienced, collaborative team values mentorship, teamwork, and creating positive dental experiences for every child we serve.

Competitive Compensation

• Daily rate for the first 12 months
• Percentage-based compensation up to 35% of net production
• Strong earning potential supported by consistent patient flow

Welcome Bonus

• $40,000 total bonus
• $20,000 at signing and $20,000 at one-year anniversary
• Bonus vests over a 24-month period

• Digital, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Pediatric Dentistry specialty training or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, child-friendly approach
