Location: Fallon, NV 89406 (Convenient drive from Reno, Fernley, and Sparks)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Compensation: Guaranteed Daily Rate (Year 1) + up to 35% of Net Production (Earning potential up to $800,000+ annually)

Sign‑On Bonus: $40,000 total

Pay range: $250,000 – $800,000 USD per year

• Massive sign‑on incentive: $40,000 total with payments at signing and one‑year anniversary
• Guaranteed income security for first 12 months
• Uncapped upside with pre‑filled schedule leading to potentially $800,000 annually
• No weekends – true 40‑hour work week
• Clinical autonomy with support from experienced auxiliary team
• High‑affordability living in Fallon – lower cost of living and housing than neighboring states
• Outdoor recreation: skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, water sports

• Education:
  
  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Specialty:
  Completed accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency (Board Certified or Board Eligible). Candidates with extensive documented high‑volume pediatric experience also considered
• Licensure:
  Active Nevada Dental License or eligible to obtain via reciprocity/examination
• Philosophy:
  Kid‑first clinical mentality focused on excellent behavior management and building lifelong positive associations with oral health

Safety‑sensitive role. Must pass standard background check and drug screen. Adheres to CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a pristine, safe environment.
