  $40,000 total sign-on bonus ($20,000 paid at signing, $20,000 paid at your one-year anniversary).

• Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Specialty: Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency program (Board Certified or Board Eligible). Candidates with extensive, documented experience in high-volume pediatrics will also be considered.
• Licensure: Active Nevada Dental License (or eligible to obtain via reciprocity/examination).
• Philosophy: A "kid-first" clinical mentality focused on excellent behavior management and building lifelong positive associations with oral health.
