Registered Dental Hygienist

• Location: Fallon, NV 89406 (Reverse commute from Fernley, Dayton, and surrounding areas)
• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: $50.00 per hour (base) + Performance-Based Bonus Structure
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Applicable for 30+ hours/week)

Sign-On Bonus Split: Full-time hires (30+ hours/week) receive $5,000 paid out 50% on Day 1 and 50% upon completion of 6th month.

Work-Life Balance: No weekends required. Saturdays and Sundays guaranteed off.

New Graduate Mentorship: Dedicated clinical mentorship and hands‑on guidance for transition into practice.

• Licensure: Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license or in process of transferring credentials.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification. (We cover recertification fees.)
• Advanced Therapy: Laser Certification preferred. We will fund and coordinate certification upon hire.

  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with modern practice management software, digital charting, radiography systems. Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft a major plus.
• Clinical Excellence: Deep understanding of periodontal therapy, root planning (
  SRP
  ), dent sealant application, and customized preventive treatment mapping.
• Mindset: Collaborative team‑first attitude, sharp attention to detail, passion for patient education.

• Comprehensive Periodontal Therapy: Deliver preventive cleanings, diagnostic charting, periodontal tracking, soft‑tissue management, and root planning (
  SRP
  ).
• Patient-Centered Advocacy: Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and diet/nutrition routines.
• Multi‑Specialty Co‑Diagnosis: Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric specialists, oral surgeons, and orthodontists for comprehensive treatment plans.
• Pristine Clinical Standards: Maintain efficient room turnover flow and strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
