• 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. We love training enthusiastic newcomers and dental assisting school graduates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-focused approach to easing dental anxieties.
• A naturally positive attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a highly collaborative team-player mindset.
• This position is safety-sensitive and requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening. The practice follows all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists during general and preventive dental procedures.
• Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their appointments, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at every step.
• Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms cleanly and efficiently according to strict safety protocols.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with our frontline and clinical staff to maintain a smooth daily patient flow and an upbeat office vibe.
