Key Qualifications and

Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Demonstrated experience working with students requiring individualized educational support
• Ability to adapt strategies to various learning styles and needs

• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and promoting student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students on your assigned caseload (up to 35 students)
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, families, and administrators to ensure integrated care
• Assess student progress, collect data, and document outcomes to inform instruction
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team collaboration
• Implement adaptive tools and evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
• Promote a positive, supportive classroom climate that values each student's strengths
