Senior Systems Engineer - Network Focus - ASEC

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate networked simulation architectures for military training platforms.
• Lead systems integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability across hardware, software, and communications subsystems.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements definition, test planning, and documentation.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux‑based network infrastructures and virtualized environments to meet performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contractors, and government stakeholders to resolve complex engineering challenges.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering and systems integration, preferably in defense or simulation domains.
• Proficiency with Linux system administration, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), and TCP/IP networking.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and ability to produce technical documentation for classified programs.
• Active Top‑Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work on‑site in a high‑security environment.
