As a Smart Style Stylist, you’ll:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and personalized guest experiences

• Help with light administrative tasks, including end‑of‑day system closeouts

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• A valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
• Availability to work a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends
• Comfort using salon technology and basic admin tools
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for people

This role is perfect if you love staying active! You should be comfortable with:

• Close vision, color recognition, and adjusting focus for precise work
• Standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive movements
• Occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Working around fragrances and salon chemicals

We take care of our stylists—professionally and financially.

• Guaranteed base pay: $15-$17/hr or 48% service commission and 8% product commission (whichever is higher)
• Tips paid daily via Pay Card
