What You’ll Do

As the Salon Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon. Your leadership will set the tone for excellence, growth, and positivity.

You will:

  • Manage all daily operations and foster a high‑performing team
  • Lead by example by providing exceptional guest services
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate stylists to build their clientele and achieve their goals
  • Oversee profitability, helping stylists learn the business side of salon operations
  • Deliver all haircare services offered by Smart Style with top‑tier quality
  • Recruit, hire, train, and support team members
  • Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and client concerns with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to talk to you if:

  • You lead with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
  • You excel at developing others and creating a positive work environment
  • You have strong business awareness and understand how to drive salon performance
  • You hold a valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License
  • You can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • You’re comfortable with technology and basic administrative tasks
  • You can read, write, and perform basic math
  • You’re available for required meetings and training, including overnight travel
Physical Requirements

This role is active, creative, and hands‑on. You will need:

  • Good close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Comfort standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements
  • Ability to occasionally lift 10–25 lbs.
  • Comfort working around salon chemicals and fragrances

Compensation
  • Guaranteed base pay: $18/hr or 50% service commission and 10% product commission (whichever is greater)
  • Daily tips paid via Pay Card
