Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description & Requirements

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fallon, Nevada.

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Serve as the sole Physical Therapist at the outpatient facility until the current PT returns in May.
• Work in a 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Work 4 days a week (4×10 hours) as part of a full‑time schedule.
• Collaborate with 2 techs available for support.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active state license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification (may be required from AHA or ARC).
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Open to new graduates.
