Job Position Summary
:
The Outpatient Clinician provides medically necessary clinical services to a diverse client population, informed by quality assessment, efficient treatment, and timely medical documentation. The role includes active participation in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining respectful relationships, and providing compassionate care.
- Knowledge of various theoretical treatments and practice applications.
- Experience derived from direct service provision.
- Experience managing treatment plans and treatment teams, including directing and managing client treatment with other providers.
- Specialized treatment experience including EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and other evidence‑based treatments.
- Integrity: honesty, willingness to do the right thing, and role‑modeling organizational values.
- Compassion: empathy and customer service, conflict management, and collaborative problem solving.
- Accountability: ownership of situations, projects, and issues; autonomy and flexibility with changing priorities.

- Excellence: strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and leadership of day‑to‑day processes.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Education and Experience
- Three to five years experience working with diagnosing and treating SPMI/SMI or SED populations.
- Understanding of integrating care with other providers.
- Ability to supervise other clinicians for their clinical licensure (minimum two years after licensure).
- Three to five years experience working with diverse client populations, including high‑risk groups.
- BSRB Licensed at Master’s Level Clinician.
- All necessary trainings for specialized care, including those for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clinical Level Licensure by BSRB.
- Substance Use Disorder licensure.
