Allied Travel Careers is partnering with Pioneer Healthcare Services to place a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Fallon, Nevada.
Responsibilities- Assess patients physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- NV Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pay: $2,331.42 - $2,403.53 / week
- Location: Fallon, NV
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day - up to 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
- Workplace: On-site
