Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Reno, NV is seeking a PRN Licensed Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) to support adults with neurological and complex conditions in home and community settings.
You will perform comprehensive evaluations, set measurable goals with the rehab team, assist the health team in addressing social factors, counsel patients and families, coordinate care, and connect them with community resources. Requires NV LCSW, BLS/CPR, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
