Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.

• Manage day-to-day hardware logistics operations supporting engineering development and integration activities.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, label, store, track, and distribute hardware assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for development systems, test equipment, components, and customer-deliverable hardware.
• Coordinate hardware allocation and availability with engineering teams, program managers, and Government customers.
• Support configuration management and asset accountability processes for hardware systems and associated peripherals.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software, manage firmware on engineering and customer hardware systems.
• Coordinate shipment, transportation, and delivery of hardware to customer sites, test facilities, and operational locations.
• Track hardware repairs, warranty actions, replacements, returns, and vendor support activities.
• Identify and coordinate supply chain sources for hardware components, replacement parts, and engineering materials.
• Assist with procurement activities including vendor coordination, parts research, quote requests, and order tracking.
• Maintain warehouse organization, material handling procedures, and storage accountability.
• Support Government property management and asset tracking requirements when applicable.
• Generate reports and maintain records related to inventory status, asset utilization, hardware movement, and material shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and security policies involving hardware and controlled equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience supporting logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience maintaining inventory databases and tracking systems.
• Familiarity with hardware configuration management and asset accountability practices.
• Experience coordinating hardware shipments, repairs, and vendor interactions.
• Basic technical understanding of computer systems, networking equipment, embedded hardware, or electronic systems.
• Ability to install and configure software on engineering or operational systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.

• Experience supporting DoD, Navy, Air Force, or other Government engineering programs.
• Familiarity with Government property management requirements and accountability procedures.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or asset tracking systems.
• Familiarity with configuration management principles and technical baseline control.
• Experience supporting hardware integration laboratories or engineering development environments.
• Knowledge of electronic components, test equipment, and embedded systems hardware.
• Experience working in classified or controlled environments.
