The Program Manager (PM) is the responsible manager for all matters related to the execution of a software engineering contract. The PM reports directly to NDTI's President. Serves as primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical, programmatic and financial matters. Oversees execution of all aspects of the contract requirements. Ensures compliance and enforcement of corporate policies and management processes.

Ensures contract management and financial management functions are in compliance with contract requirements. Provides open-door leadership and mentoring for employees and supports performance resolutions; ensures a positive work culture/working environment. Participates in recruiting and staffing functions. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Mitigates and resolves elevated programmatic, technical, or contractual risks and issues.

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP AND A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
• MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO RENO, NV/NAS FALLON
• BS/BA degree in engineering, systems management or business. Masters preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of Program Management experience in systems engineering or software engineering
• A minimum of 4 year of acquisition experience supporting DoD programs
• A minimum of 4 year of Program Management experience in technology products
• Experience as primary point of contact for contractor’s tasking, including ability to direct a multi-disciplined team of technical experts, manage staffing and resources, develop cost and schedule estimates, provide metrics, prepare budget and status reports.
• Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• DoD contract management experience highly desired.

Salary:
The expected pay range for this position is $120,200 to $160,000
