- Update emergency operations plans and collaborate with leaders on preparedness initiatives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of emergency management activities for the Banner Health System.
- Coordinate exercises and training, maintain the emergency management plan, and support actual incident responses.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Nursing or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of five years of disaster management experience.
- Strong knowledge of disaster management regulations and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
