Perform as a member of the Operations Team;
Work hourly functions and cross-train in various positions;
Input items into the SAP system;
Unload tankers;
Control heat treatment and milk separation area; CIP and production;
Control blending and preparation of Lactose totes;
Ensure tankers unloaded safely; CIP tankers and silos;
Load out cream;
Complete master sanitation;
Control loss;
Inspect raw materials;
Produce a quality product in evaporator department;
Start, run, and shut down evaporator;
Operate evaporator equipment;
Run quality checks; CIP evaporator and equipment;
Perform chemical tests;
Complete and store documents;
Achieve production goals;
Maintain a clean environment in dryer department;
Perform start, run, and shut down tasks for dryer;
Perform hook-ups and quality checks;
Complete logs and chemical tests;
Maintain packaging equipment;
Produce quality product in packaging department
