Works in any of the functional areas within the facility including Dryer, Evaporator, Packaging, and Milk Receiver;
Engaged in problem solving to improve safety, quality, yields and productivity;
Maintains process control by monitoring statistical information and reporting variations to Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager;
Performs Quality monitoring of activities to ensure documentation is complete and accurate;
Covers vacations for operator for Dryer, Evaporator, HTST, Milk receiver on day shift or night shift
