As a Security Officer Lobby Desk in O Fallon, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. In this stationary role, you will welcome visitors, manage front desk access, and support security-related operations through clear communication and attentive service. You will help to identify concerns, assist employees and guests, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor and employee access permissions, issue credentials as needed, and help deter unauthorized entry through consistent front desk presence and attention to access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues according to site expectations.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional environment for employees, guests, and vendors while following confidentiality expectations common to a financial institution location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
