What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

* HS Diploma or Equivalent

* 3-5 years combined of plant experience

* Instrument and/or electrical training, degree, or certification preferred

* Mechanically inclined

* Journeyman Electrician License is a plus

* 1+ years' experience in DCS systems preferred

* 1+ years VFD programming experience preferred

* Proficient in reading blueprints, electronic schematics and PID's (process instrumentation diagrams)

* 480v experience preferred

* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, stand, stoop, climb and work at heights

* Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner

* Troubleshoots instrument and control malfunctions

* Performs preventative maintenance checks and calibrations

* Maintains accurate records and logs as required

* Installs new system controls (including power wiring)

* Installs cabling, power distribution systems, and motor control centers

* Services and replaces motors and lighting

* Performs general electrical maintenance

* On Call required

* Other duties as assigned
