Hiring Bonus: $5,000 (eligible for new drivers only)

Responsibilities: Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional flatbed routes, maintaining safe and timely delivery.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $
• Accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.

• Currently employed and actively driving
• Payout made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active employment
• First payout: $1,250 at 90 days; second: $1,250 at 180 days; third: $1,250 at 270 days; fourth: $1,250 at 360 days
• Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months CDL‑A experience are not eligible

Transition Package: $1,800 with $1,000 allocated for first 2 weeks of orientation.

• Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
• Home time varies by division; this opportunity is for Division 290

• Pets are not allowed
• Riders aged 7 and up allowed after 90 days of safe driving

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record required
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 4+ months of flatbed driving experience required
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse results required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation

Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required)
