Executive Assistant

Falls Church, VA

Pay From: $40 - $55 per hour

Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Experienced Executive Assistant
  • 5 - 7 plus years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives within government contracting, defense, or military environments is required
  • Prior experience working for a government contracting firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Calendar management and executive scheduling experience
  • Travel coordination and office operations experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Duties
  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, executive communications, and follow-up items
  • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and events
  • Support senior leadership with administrative and operational initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
  • Provide high-level support in a fast-paced government contracting environment
