ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Mentor Protegé) to oversee and support mentor‑protegé program activities within a federal initiative. This role involves coordinating program development, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. The Mentor Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, manage reporting requirements, and contribute to strategic planning and execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Track and report on program performance and participant engagement.
- Support onboarding and training of new participants.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support program goals.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Program coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Federal program experience, including compliance and client engagement.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass a background investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting federal programs or similar initiatives.
