We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager who has a foundation in commercial construction and is eager to grow into increased responsibility. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
Experience & Education- 2–5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Experience on active job sites strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or similar field preferred (acceptable equivalent experience will be considered)
- Working knowledge of construction documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and scheduling
- Comfort using construction software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe products or similar systems)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized approach to managing tasks and priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including field staff, clients, and subcontractors
- Commitment to safety practices and quality work
- Eagerness to take initiative and grow professionally
- Respectful and team-oriented presence on site and in the office
- Customer‑service mindset when interacting with stakeholders
