This position will provide overall coordination and management in the field of various construction projects for all phases of work.
Project types include a variety of exciting opportunities, from tenant improvement to healthcare.
The ideal candidates must be computer literate, possess the ability to manage people and projects efficiently, accurately, on schedule and within budget while always maintaining a focus on quality.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Collaboratewithprojectmanagementstaff,engineers,subcontractorsandowners.
- Achieveprojectmilestonesthroughappropriateplanning,goalsanddeadlines.
- Abilitytotrackprojectprogressandimplementmeasuresforsafeandsuccessfulcompletionofwork.
- Effective communication.
- Awillingnessanddesiretobeasiteleaderandresourcefortheprojectteam.
- Supervisestaffandprovideconstructionfeedback.
- Abilitytoleadacrosssubcontractorgroups
- Organizationandtimemanagement
- Assessingandmanagingsafetyhazardsandrisks.
- Maintainastandardofsafework.
- Ensurecompliancewithsafety,healthandqualitystandards.
- Supervise workers,subcontractorsandworkactivities.
- Overseeprojectmanpower,equipmentandmaterials.

Qualifications
- 5–10yearsofexperienceinconstruction
- Medicalandhealthcareinteriorsexperiencerequired
- Strongprojectmanagementandcommunicationsskills
- Abilitytoreadconstructiondocuments
- Familiaritywithregulatoryconstructionstandards
