An established and highly respected national commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join its growing team and support the construction of large-scale commercial projects! The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Lead Superintendent to coordinate daily field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, maintain project schedules, and uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or related construction leadership role.
• Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial, or other complex commercial projects.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Understanding of Type I, III, and V construction methods preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
